tranquil retreat with really good service
calming ambiance quiet resort helpful staff quality food
the ambiance was very calming. the resort provided a quiet environment. i found the staff consistently helpful. the food options offered good variety and quality. the spa provided a relaxing experience (i really enjoyed the sauna).

I will remember how easily I could explore the gardens, restaurant, bar areas, spa, and different pool areas. I appreciated the staff, who were attentive and helpful at check-in and dining times. I enjoyed sipping a reasonably priced cocktail while admiring the Mediterranean view. All of this.
The reception seemed busy, so I sensed a lack of warmth. The fitness center equipment felt old, with only two working treadmills. The promised minibar in the room was not available upon my arrival. I thought this detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.

i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the daily room cleaning was thorough and efficient, with fresh towels provided (which i always appreciate).

disinterested staff bad reception
the hotel was clean, appreciated.
the check-in staff seemed disinterested, there wasn't any smile or even a simple 'welcome'. i reminded me of just another number and it's really left a BAD taste.

Wonderful Stay
lovely setting friendly staff well-kept grounds
The setting is lovely, especially with great restaurants by the beach near the place. Palma is only 20 minutes away. Some golf courses are also nearby. I appreciated seeing familiar faces among the staff again. They manage the hotel excellently! The grounds remain well-kept, including an excellent view across the beach.
I found the soundproofing in the apartments disappointing! Sleep quality suffered because of this, though everything else was fine. I also noticed the floating boardwalk was missing, so the photos were misleading.

The hotel provides two pools . A covered area is available for inclement weather. The outdoor spa oasis offers a wonderful space, and free yoga classes are available. Tennis court access includes equipment at no extra cost.

The breakfast buffet has many choices ensuring guests find something satisfying each morning. There is an excellent selection of food available at breakfast. Fresh food is available at the buffets. I found this very appealing.

The staff are cute, helpful and friendly. The staff maintains the hotel bright and clean with a cute feel. I was impressed with the polite service from all members of staff.

The suite was modern. Clean, comfortable and spacious. I found it very relaxing. A huge bath added to the appeal, and the bed was super comfy. Access to the Portals Lounge enhanced my visit!

modern equipment free class partial view
The room included a coffee machine and a tv. it also had a large balcony with a partial sea view. It was lovely for morning tea. i took part in daily free yoga classes. i used the gym every day. The equipment was modern and well maintained.
the pool isn't very large. it isn't what the photograph shows.
